Singapore - Intern

We invite all outstanding GRADUATES & POSTGRADUATES to apply for the Intern position in our Singapore office.

In this role, you will make an impact from day one. Together with experienced consultants, you will work on data-gathering, developing analytical models, doing interviews, performing complex analyses to develop impactful recommendations. You will also get a chance to communicate your insights and participate in their delivery to our clients.

With our focus by sectors (Consumer Goods, Healthcare & Chemicals), you will gain a comprehensive foundation in strategy consulting and then later on specialize yourself to develop a strong expertise in one sector.

The Job Responsibilities are

• You will work in a team of 2-3 consultants, with daily interactions with a project manager and partner on a variety of projects in different industries and set-ups.

• Conduct primary and secondary research, data validation, data modeling, data analysis and PowerPoint report writing.

• Organize and conduct interviews with industry insiders and experts, take excellent notes through interview.

• Depending on the projects, you may be involved in strategic workshops with clients (preparation and facilitation) and in preparing and giving presentations.

Who we are looking for

• Excellent academic results with reputable university

• Bachelor degree or above. Major in finance, business, engineering, chemistry or related field are preferable

• Great passion for strategy consulting industry, rich consulting internship experiences with high professional maturity is preferable

• Strong entrepreneur spirit, excellent team-worker and self-motivator

• Strong business sense, analytical and presentation skills, as well as clear logic thinking

• Excellent communication skills with team members as well as with clients

• Good analytical approach to problem solving

• Quick learner with confident, assertive and open-mind

• Professional MS Office skills, especially for PowerPoint and Excel

• Excellent communication skills

• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadline of projects

Required skills:

Rigor, along with an ability to analyze and synthesize data as well as work as a team (with others consultants but also customers) are all key qualities to be successful. Required qualifications include:

·    Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving skills

·    University degree from a reputable school with excellent academic results in the fields of finance, economics, business administration and other related majors

·    Confident and open-minded

·    Excellent entrepreneurship and team work spirit, and strong motivation

·    Strong business sense, analytical and presentation skills, as well as clear logic thinking

·    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with team members as well as clients
