This position is for a start date of January 2027 onwards.

As a Junior Consultant at Advancy, you will be immersed in client engagements from day one, working alongside experienced Consultants and Senior Consultants to solve complex business challenges. You will contribute directly to analyses, strategic recommendations, and client deliverables while developing the skills needed to become a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, synthesize, and analyze data from multiple sources to address complex business questions.

• Develop quantitative analyses and financial models to support strategic recommendations and client growth initiatives.

• Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to generate actionable insights.

• Collaborate with project teams to develop high-quality client presentations and deliverables.

• Present findings and recommendations internally while contributing to client discussions.

• Manage workstreams effectively, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and timely execution.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a top-tier university with a bachelor’s degree or above in economics, business, accounting, engineering, life sciences or related fields and a GPA of 3.6 or higher.

• Have 4 months or more of past professional experience across at least two industries. Experiences in investment banking, private equity, and consulting are a plus, but not required

• Result-oriented with an analytical mindset, enjoy solving strategic problems in challenging situations

• Possess professionalism, intellectual curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit

Candidates must be currently enrolled in or have completed one of the following academic programs:

• Senior year of a Bachelor's degree program

• BA/BS degree

• Master's degree

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) program

• Doctoral (Ph.D.) program

• Postdoctoral program

• Recent graduates (Alumni)

Minimum GPA: 3.6
Latest grad date: May 2027
